WHO WE ARE
[Pantheon Projects was found in 2020 during the covid pandemic as we saw an opportunity in Franskraal. Our first endeavor was to develop an entire estate with 20+ houses. From there onward we expanded throughout the Overstrand area. We have projects in Franskraal, Hermanus and De Kelders. Pantheon Projects specializes in construction, development, renovations and joinery.

Pantheon Projects specializes in construction, development, renovations and joinery. We have built multiple houses, from small to big. We assist with the pre-construction process like the drawing of plans, Engineer consulting, Municipal enrollments, NHBRC enrollments and setting out of the foundations in collaboration with our service providers. We have an excellent team of project managers, builders, electricians, plumbers and tilers who control and manage the construction aspect of our projects. Our roof, finishes and joinery contractors are some of the best in the industry.
